Damages (on delivery)
We take every precaution we can to ensure that your Crown Couture product(s) is packaged to perfection and sent in mint condition so that it arrives to you safely and beautifully. From time to time, products arrive to their intended destinations damaged due to roughness during transit. In the unlikely event that your box arrives cracked or damaged, please save ALL original packaging and file a claim with UPS to ensure that they provide full coverage for your damaged box. At that time, you are eligible to purchase another box to be delivered to you.
Due to each box being custom made to fit each titleholders crown, we do not offer returns on Crown Boxes. Be sure to check the sizing very carefully to ensure you are ordering the perfect size box to fit the height and width of your crown. Each box is custom made to perfection using the finest workmanship by our professional team of craftsman. The boxes are delicate and must be handled with extreme care. Apparel/Accessory returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and the item(s) must be in the original packaging. Your merchandise needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns/exchanges on non custom apparel & accessories will be accepted and processed within 30 days of the purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) once we have received the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the refund process.
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Crown Box Care/Cleaning Instructions
Do NOT use glass cleaners like Windex or other abrasive cleaners to clean your box as this can cause an adverse reaction on the surface of the material, causing little lines and fractures to form. There is nothing that can be done to repair this so please be sure to inform anyone handling the box of this advice. When applying cleaner, use a non-abrasive lint-free or microfiber cloth that won’t scratch the surface and only use minimal soap and water. Also, avoid subjecting your box to high heat as this can cause the surface to become cloudy. This includes hot water! Beware of washing the box in anything warmer than lukewarm water. Never use a textured sponge or anything other than a soft clean cloth to clean the box. Any textured surface will scratch the material in the process. Do not drop the box or swing it by the handle and be sure to always set it down gently. If it is knocked into things, dropped, thrown, etc, you do risk damage to your box. Please handle it with care and it will be a forever keepsake for your treasured crown. The care of the beautiful box is up to the individual purchasing it to keep it in great shape while carrying it to appearances, events and more.
